Biography:

Sabato DeVito is an experienced litigator and advocate who has spent his entire career honing his now formidable courtroom skills. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing injured people and their families.

A native of the Bronx, New York, Mr. DeVito graduated cum laude from the City University of New York Herbert H. Lehman College he also holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York. He received his law degree cum laude from the Stetson University College of Law, located in Gulf Port, Florida.  While in law school, he was honored with the Book Award with the highest grade in ethics and the Order of the Barrister. He won acclaim in law school litigation competitions, including winning a national patent law competition and concluded his law school career by winning first place in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition for patent law.

After law school, Mr. DeVito honed his litigation skills working for six years with the highly respected St. Petersburg Law Firm of Charles Scully before starting his own firm in Spring Hill, Florida. He has lived and worked in Spring Hill for more than 11 years.
